  • Do we accept returns?

    Cancellation Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that cancellations may be necessary at times.

    • Eligibility for Cancellations:
      Cancellations are eligible for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

    • High-Risk or Medium-Risk Orders:
      Orders classified as high-risk or medium-risk (e.g., unauthorized or fraudulent use) will be canceled and subject to a 15% processing fee.


    Return Policy

    We hope you love everything you purchase from us! However, if something doesn’t work out, we offer a flexible return policy:

    • Eligibility for Returns:
      Returns are accepted on unworn, unused items with tags still attached within 7 days of receipt.

    • Return Conditions:

      • Items showing signs of use (e.g., perfume, smoke, pet hair, blemishes) will be returned to you at your expense, and no further returns will be accepted.
      • Returns are eligible for store credit or refund to the original payment method.
      • Items marked as FINAL SALE are not returnable.
      • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Return Process:

      1. Email info@leostreasurebox.com to request return instructions.
      2. Do not send back items without receiving return instructions.
      3. Send returns promptly. Returns must be received within 7 days of receiving the instructions.
    • Processing Time:
      Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please retain tracking information for your records.


    Final Sale Policy

    Items marked as FINAL SALE are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Books 
    • Tarot Cards

    • Coloring Books
    • Gifts or promotional items
    • Jewelry (bracelets, earrings, necklaces)
    • Mystery Boxes or Bags
    • Headbands (including Minnie Ears)

    Mystery Boxes and Mystery Bags

    Mystery items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Each item is quality-checked to ensure it is undamaged and in working condition.


    Defects and Damages Policy

    We strive for excellence in quality control but understand that issues may arise.

    • Inspection on Arrival:

      • Check all functionalities (e.g., zippers, snaps, clips) upon receiving your item.
      • Minor irregularities like dips, dents, stitching imperfections, or ink spots are not considered defects.
      • Returns or exchanges based on specific print placements cannot be accommodated.
    • Damage Claims:

      • Must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.
      • Items must be unused, unworn, and have tags attached.
      • Denied claims will be returned to you at your expense.
    • Claim Process:

      1. Email info@leostreasurebox.com with details of the defect or damage.
      2. Follow the return instructions provided.
      3. Send damaged items back within 7 days of receiving instructions.
    • Important Note:
      Once an item has been used, it cannot be returned under this policy.


    Shipping Policy

    • Ensure your address is correct when placing your order.
    • If an order is returned as undelivered, the refund will exclude shipping costs.
    • Address updates by the carrier will incur a $5 convenience fee.
    • Ownership of packages transfers to the buyer upon shipment. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, or for errors due to incorrect shipping information. Any issues must be resolved with the carrier.

  • Why was my order cancelled and refunded?

    Your order may have been canceled or refunded for one of the following reasons:

    1. Out of Stock Item:
      The item you ordered may no longer be available in stock.

    2. High-Risk Order:
      If your order was flagged as high-risk and we were unable to verify your information, it may have been canceled for security reasons.

    3. Multiple Chargebacks:
      If your account has a history of more than one chargeback, we may have opted to cancel the order as a precaution.

  • Can I use more then one discount?

  • Do we offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free shipping on orders of $85 or more before taxes. Please note that this offer excludes customers in Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska.

  • Why do you require signature confirmation on packages?

    Leo's Treasure Box requires signature confirmation for all shipments over $300 to protect against theft or misdelivery and to ensure that our customers receive their packages securely.

  • How soon will my order ship after purchase?

    We’re excited to get your products to you! Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • How long will it take for my package to arrive?

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for packages to arrive. However, once your order has been fulfilled, we will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number will offer more accurate and up-to-date information about the expected arrival date of your package.

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • My package is lost, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address

    To ensure your package is delivered correctly and on time, please double-check that your address is accurately entered, including all relevant details such as abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or building numbers, and route information (if applicable). Proper address formatting is crucial for timely delivery.

    Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. Leo's Treasure Box LLC is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, misdelivery errors made by the carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

  • I received a notification that my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it.

    Please contact the shipping carrier for further details.

  • Can I use promotions on gift cards?

    No promotional discounts, coupons, or offers may be applied to purchase a Leo's Treasure Box gift card.

  • Does my gift card have an expiration date?

    No, Gift Cards have no expiration date.

  • Can I get a refund or exchange on my gift card?

    Gift Cards are final sale items and thus cannot be returned for refund or exchanged unless required by law.

  • Can I use my gift card on a past order?

    If you forgot to apply your E-Gift Card to your online order, regrettably, we would not be able to apply the unused E-Gift Card to your order once it has been placed. 

  • What denominations can I purchase?

     A gift card can be purchased in any denomination from $20.00 to $100.00 are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

    E-Gift Card funds are not transferable to an unauthorized third party or vendor.
