Shipping Policy
To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including all necessary details. If an order is returned to us as undelivered, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost. If the shipping carrier needs to update your address, a $5 convenience fee will apply.
We strive to process orders promptly and utilize USPS and UPS as our primary carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders with free shipping follow the same schedule and methods. Once payment is verified, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of your purchase, please contact us at info@leostreasurebox.com.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, ownership of the package transfers to the shipping carrier and the buyer. Leo's Treasure Box LLC is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, misdelivery errors by the carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Delivery dates are estimates, and the carrier is responsible for ensuring your package arrives on time. Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
