CANCELLATION POLICY: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be canceled. No worries!

  • Cancellations are eligible for store credit or original payment method (Original payment method is subject to a 15% fee deducted from the order total plus shipping).
  • All preorders are final sales we will not accept cancelations on preorders  
  • Buy Now Pay Later Users - Cancellations and returns can only be issued as store credit.
  • High-risk or medium-risk orders will be canceled and subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
  • High-risk and medium-risk orders are classified as Unauthorized use or fraudulent orders. 

RETURN POLICY:

We hope you love everything you get from us, but we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! We're happy to offer a flexible return policy! 

  • Returns on unworn, unused items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item.
  • During inspection If we smell perfume, or smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit or original payment method (Original payment method is subject to a 15% fee deducted from the return)
  • Buy Now Pay Later Users - Cancellations and returns can only be issued as store credit.
  • Please note items bought with a coupon code, sale items, tumblers, mystery boxes, bingo lines, preorders and other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • To initiate a return, please email info@leostreasurebox.com We will then reply to you with return instructions
  • Please do not send back an item without first being sent return instructions.
  • Send back returns promptly! Returns must be received within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
  • Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records. 

BUY NOW PAY LATER PAYMENT METHOD POLICY: 

Sezzle, Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay are great ways to buy now and pay later - Pay in four over 6 weeks.

Our return policy above applies with a few exceptions:

  • When (Sezzle, Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay) are used for the payment method, cancellations and returns can only be issued as store credit.
  • If an item is canceled or returned, you will still need to continue making the payments you agreed to with (Sezzle, Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay)
  • The full order amount will be applied to your account and available to use anytime!

PREORDER POLICY: Preorders are products that we do not currently have in stock and will be released at a future date. If you purchase a preorder item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.  Canceled preorders are only eligible for refund as store credit. 

FINAL SALE POLICY:

items bought with a coupon code, sale items, tumblers, mystery boxes, bingo lines, and other items listed as FINAL SALE are also nonrefundable.  FINAL SALE includes, but is not limited to:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Jewelry, including bracelets, earrings, and necklaces
  • Mystery Boxes or Mystery Bags
  • Headbands, including Minnie Ears
  • Items outside of the policy window
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
  • Tumblers and Personalized Tumblers
  • Items from live sales
  • Deal or No Deal and Bingo 

MYSTERY BOXES AND MYSTERY BAGS: No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these items. Our team will ensure that items go through a quality control inspection to ensure that items are in working condition and undamaged. These items are a final sale

DEFECTS AND DAMAGES POLICY:

Our quality control team does its best to inspect every item that is shipped out, however, sometimes things are missed! Please follow these guidelines to ensure your items arrive in their best condition!

  • Inspect your items upon arrival! Check to be sure all elements are functioning as they should - open, close, zip, unzip, extend, adjust, clip, unclip, stretch, flip, and snap, to name a few. Your item might not do all these things so please only test for things appropriate to your items!
  • Please note that backpacks, purses, wallets, figures, and pins will sometimes have some irregularities such as dips/dents, stitching, loose threads, double stitching, bends, or small ink spots. These are not considered defects or flaws and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
  • All over print items will have different placements on each product, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on specific placements nor can we guarantee you a specific placement.
  • Damage and defect claims are accepted within 3 days from receipt of the item.
  • Tags must be attached and the item must be in new, unused, unworn condition. Any damaged/defective claim that does not meet these standards will be denied.
  • To initiate a damaged or defective claim, please email info@leostreasurebox.com We will then reply to you with return instructions.
  • Send back the damages promptly! Damaged items must be received within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
  • Once an item has been used, we can no longer accept it back under damages and defects.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost. In the event that the shipping carrier has to update your physical address, you will be charged a $5 convenience fee. 

**If your order contains in-stock and preorder items your order will not ship until all of the items are in-stock**

Ownership of packages turned over to shipping carriers transfers to the buyer. Leo's Treasure Box LLC is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping carrier.
